How to capture Underfoot Outpost
By interacting with the gate, they will let you enter to an arena, and the Tyrant who runs this outpost will talk to you. You may try to convince them to give up the Outpost peacefully, otherwise you will have to fight their Guardian. Defeat it and the Outpost will be yours.
