The 7G Sundial is a Side Quest in Biomutant. The 7G Sundial is an optional quest, which will grant you better equipment for your complete your Main Quests and is obtained as follows: By approaching the Sundial. After completing it, you'll be rewarded with: 100 XP, Access to hidden area.
When set correctly, the Sundials all show the way to areas of interest and loot.

The 7G Sundial Walkthrough
The Zone 7G Sundial
Use the Sundial. A Sundial only works in the daytime. Align the hand to match the shadow to activate it.
A Beam of Light in Zone 7G
Follow the light that is marked with a waypoint while the quest is active. You'll find a stone with symbols guarded by enemies, defeat the enemies and interact with the stone.
This will open a path to a hidden location where you can find great loot guarded by enemies, but this Side Quest is already complete.
