The Coldzone Suit is a Side Quest in Biomutant. The Coldzone Suit is an optional quest, which will grant you better equipment for your complete your Main Quests and is obtained as follows: the first time that you are in a cold environment. After completing it, you'll be rewarded with: Anti-Cold Hood, Insulated Pants and Insulated Jacket.
Locate and use the Pingdish to find out where the Coldzone Suit can be found.

The Coldzone Suit Walkthrough
The Cold Zone Pingdish: Tune the Pingdish to locate the Coldzone Suit.
To find the Pingdish, go to Pingdish 9H location. Inside the building is the machine. To use it, resolve the Rotation Puzzle. Once you have solved the puzzle, aim the antenna until the signal becomes stronger to reveal where to go.
The Signal Back: Examine the Signal Target.
Go to Bangshelter 10E. Kill the bang of enemies, and open de steel door.
Old World Bunker: Explore the Bunker
Inside the bunker, there is a locker with the Coldzone Suit, that includes: Anti-Cold Hood, Insulated Pants and Insulated Jacket
