Blink is a PSI-Power in Biomutant. Blink allows you to teleport yourself  in the direction you are moving and create a shockwave where you reappear. PSI-Powers are a type of Mutation abilities which can be unlocked with a certain amount of Psi Points to become available. Some powers are locked by the Aura Score
