Sparky Twigsnout Information
Sparky Twigsnout looks like a cross between a bear and a canine. It shoots radioactive projectiles at you which can be avoided easily. Using the weapon from the previous quest for Moog, the Sparkatron Hypicskromp, you can kill it in a matter of seconds. Some Scavengers will be found next to it attempting to kill it, they will become hostile to you once you attack them or kill Sparky Twigsnout. Sparky Twigsnout is found at the Sparkplant. You need to kill it as a part of the Moog Side Quest. If you are success, he will drop a Twisgnout Poo and Sparkplant Vault Key.
