Rival Outpost Takeover is a Main Quest in Biomutant. Rival Outpost Takeover is required to complete the main story of the game and is obtained as follows: By attempting to conquer an outpost. After completing it, you'll be rewarded with: 250 XP.
Find the water filter and sabotage it. The defending soldiers will quickly get sick and the Outpost will be weakened in preparation for the attack.
