Out-Of-Date (Quest) is a Main Quest in Biomutant. Out-Of-Date (Quest) is required to complete the main story of the game and is obtained as follows: Defeat the first Worldeater.. After completing it, you'll be rewarded with: 500 XP.
Out-Of-Date is always there to guide and inform you, he is waiting for you underneath the Tree Of Life.

Out-Of-Date (Quest) Walkthrough
After completing many of the main quests during the whole gameplay, you will be quested to return to Out-Of-Date to receive new quests.
The Masterplan
After defeating the first world eater, the tribe Sifu will tell about to go see Out-Of-Date and find you what you can about the machine he's named the Ark. Return to Out-Of-Date under the tree. He will tell you to confront Lupa-Lupin again at his Lupa-Lupin's Camp and defeat him. This will unlock a new quest: The Meat Eater.
After defeating Lupa-Lupin, you must go back to Out-Of-Date to receive a new Quest. Out-Of-Date will tell to reach Noko, and help them. He will only give you a new quest: Noko Main Quest, but the Out-Of-Date Main Quest will be completed and you will receive the reward at this point.
After defeating Hoof Puff, Out-Of-Date will tell you to go meet Whiz and defeat the Murk Puff.
After defeating the Murk Puff, Out-Of-Date will tell you to decide who's gonna have a saved seat on the Ark, and to go see Lupa-Lupin once again.
